Wizardly is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Moderator to join our team. As a crypto-native wizard, you'll be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging community across the platforms we support. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in community moderation, you'll possess the skills to navigate complex conversations, resolve conflicts, and ensure our community remains a hub of innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Moderate and manage online Web3 communities across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Intercom, Zendesk, and other community channels
• Develop and enforce community guidelines, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members
• Foster engagement and encourage meaningful conversations, promoting a culture of inclusivity and empathy
• Resolve conflicts and address user concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback on community features and suggest improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 trends, technologies, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform moderation decisions
• Analyze community metrics and provide insights to inform community growth strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, influencers, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in community moderation, with a focus on Web3 or crypto-related communities
• In-depth technical knowledge of web3 technologies, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications
• Highly energetic and motivated, with a passion for building and engaging with online communities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with diverse perspectives and opinions
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret community metrics and provide data-driven insights
• Experience with community management tools, including Discord bots, moderation software, and customer service platforms 
• A strong understanding of community dynamics, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before escalating
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with decentralized communities, including DAOs, decentralized governance, and community-led initiatives
• Familiarity with Web3-specific tools and platforms, including wallets, exchanges, and decentralized applications
• Knowledge of community growth strategies, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and event planning
• Experience with community engagement metrics, including metrics analysis and reporting
• Certification in community management, moderation, or a related field
• Location in Brazil is a plus

Our Web3 Internship Program is designed to provide college students with a technical background the opportunity to explore the Web3 ecosystem, learn from industry experts, and build a network of like-minded individuals. This program is ideal for students who are passionate about Web3, eager to learn, and looking to gain practical experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist our team with various Web3-related projects, including research, promotion, and data collection.
• Participate in discussions and meetings with our team to stay up-to-date on the latest Web3 trends and technologies
• Collaborate with other interns and team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas and solutions
• Conduct research on Web3-related topics and present findings to the team
• Assist with content creation, including blog posts, social media, and other marketing materials

Requirements:

• Actively enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a technical degree (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics, etc.)
• Deep passion and curiosity for Web3, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the ecosystem

Program Details:

• The internship is unpaid and part-time, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
• The program is remote, with flexible working hours to accommodate your academic schedule
• The internship will last for a minimum of 4 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role
